Roles Of Pouches And Diggers During Metal Search (Sep 18, 2011)
No doubt a metal detector forms an important part of the process, but metal search is more like a puzzle where other smaller pieces are required to complete the picture. Some electronic devices are used in tandem with your metal detector. In addition, there are many simple hand tools that help in excavation and also in recovering. Pouches, diggers and travel cases all have their importance in the process. Metal detecting isn't all about metal detectors. Pouch and Shoulder Bags To clear some misconceptions, a pouch used during metal search is different from a carry bag. Both have different functionalities. Coming to storage facilities, a nice looking nylon pouch is required to carry the treasures found. Most manufacturers of metal detecting accessories offer a digger along with the pouch as a single identity with a combined price. Shoulder bags are recommended, as that way your hands are free to work upon and this is convenient as well. Digging Tools A digger is a tool which has a strong heavy duty stainless steel finish on one side while a plastic handle on the other side. Diggers come in many metals but stainless steel is preferred for its durability. Digging tools depend on the type of excavation. Still, most detectorists carry multiple digging instruments for convenience. It also shortens the process, as appropriate tools work fast if used correctly. Diggers range anything from 8 inches to 15 inches. Many detectorists are so engrossed in their work that they would use whatever instrument they manage to get hold of, for purposes like digging, moving and lifting. Using shovels for digging is commonly observed which does not help the process and the shovel also can be damaged. Using spades and forks also helps at times. As a detectorist, you should make sure that all the equipments are easily available and are used correctly during metal search. There are many accessories which even professional detectorists may miss out but with experience, things fall in place. Make a list of all the accessories and begin your journey only after confirming the accessories with the list. All in all, for a successful metal detecting stint, proper equipment along with the most appropriate gear should be utilized.

To be playing among the best players in the world is the most important thing for a golfer (Jan 01, 1970)
This is a big step for me. To be playing among the best players in the world is the most important thing for a golfer. "People here don't know me which might be a good thing. You never know. I hit the ball a long way and it will also be an advantage on some holes with the long par threes and some reachable holes. But the most important thing is I have to fight. I will try and keep smiling but the most important thing is fight. "McIlroy, seven years Quiros at only 19, uses Titleist golf clubs including Titleist Z Muscle Forged irons, a Titleist 909D2 driver and a Titleist Scotty Cameron studio select putter.

How To Create The Revenue You Want (Sep 18, 2011)
From my experience as a small business coach, the #1 reason small business owners seek out mentoring and help in their businesses is to achieve the revenue they want. And that makes sense because if we're running a business, we certainly would want it to be profitable. When working with business owners, I come across a few key challenges that, if addressed, would quickly create the revenue they desire. If you're striving to create the income and revenue you want and you're not quite there yet, these 4 actions may be your turning point:First, decideThis may seem strange as a first step, but I can't tell you how many business owners have not actually decided on the income they would like to create for the year. And it may be because I work primarily with business owners who are running a business by themselves with no staff (solopreneurs). We're in our home offices all alone taking on this challenge of business ownership and with little accountability. We walk around with a lot of things in our heads. But it's time to get it out of your head. Write down your annual business goal. Next, write down exactly what you plan to sell to create that revenue. Decide exactly how much of each product/service you will need to sell each month to create that revenue. Get it out of your head and onto paper so you can see what your decision is.Plan "the how"So you now see exactly the revenue you want and what you must sell to create that income. The next step is "the how." Surprisingly most business owners, solopreneurs in particular, don't actually plan out how to sell services (myself included when I started out.) I gave little attention to creating a marketing and sales plan. I just thought the revenue will appear somehow because I'm great what I do. Not so.Take a look at what you said you'd want to sell each month in order to create the annual revenue you want. Now, what marketing actions will you take each week to create that revenue? Marketing is the gas in your business engine and without it, it's unlikely you'd be able to create the revenue you want. And there's no magic bullet in marketing; meaning, no one strategy is the magic pill for bring you clients. It's best to have a multi-pronged approach where you are executing a few different marketing strategies to attract clients and create sales.Write down what you will do to market your business 'even if it's just a bulleted list of the marketing actions you will take each week. To consistently create the revenue you want, marketing cannot be sporadic; it must be a weekly activity that receives the highest priority in your calendar. If you're a new business, be sure that your business venture is viable; decide on your target market. Do your research of that market to ensure that what you plan to sell will actually sell. Is it something folks are willing to pay for? Without that knowledge, it's unlikely you'd be able to create the revenue you want.Plan to sellThis is another one that may seem obvious, but is often avoided. Another part of "the how" is sales and selling. If the thought of selling brings up avoidance or discomfort within you, it probably means you'll need to do some work on discovering how to sell easily and authentically so that sales is no longer scary or uncomfortable. It's a business skill we must all have to create the revenue we want.Trust me, I avoided selling like the plague. I hated selling - well, it's more like I hated the way in which I was taught to sell. But when I discovered a whole new way of selling, I realized I didn't need to be pushy and salesy. I embraced an authentic, pressure-free approach to selling and all the anxiety disappeared for me. You can experience that as well.Plan to get helpWhether it is a virtual assistant, a mentor, a coach, a mastermind group, an accountant, a tax advisor, a lawyer, etc., you'll need help to create the revenue you want. There's no way any of us can build a successful business without help and the sooner we embrace that reality the faster we create the revenue we want. Plan to get help. Check out how much you'd have to invest to get the help you need, and be willing and determined to invest in your own success. You deserve it, and getting help is the only way to experience true freedom in your business while you're creating the revenue you want.
